Team Mamute - Pan Kids IBJJF Jiu-Jitsu Championship 2017 Results

On Sunday, February 19th, the annual Pan Kids IBJJF Championship tournament took place in Long Beach, California. As one of the most prestigious Jiu-Jitsu tournaments internationally, this event drew many competitors from gyms all over the globe.

Mamute's younger warriors represented with strength and courage while posting some impressive results at the same time. These Durham Region individuals gave their best efforts, and trained very hard in preparation for such an event. While these tournaments are both exciting and fun, the competitive aspect of challenging such a large pool of martial artists shows how much Team Mamute invests into the Jiu-Jitsu lifestyle.

Regardless of overall placement, all who made the journey and represented the academy deserve a great deal of respect and should be proud of themselves. Such events only bring the team closer together, and will result in further success down the road. Mamute Martial Arts is a growing name in the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu community thanks to the presence of our younger team.
